How do I gain weight if I don't like a lot of foods?

I've tried getting on a 3000 calorie diet with excercise but only get up to around 2600. I got off it a week ago after doing it for 2 weeks. I'm not a huge fan of most foods, so it's very hard for me to gain weight as I'm 5'10 and 118 pounds. I'm thinking I should talk to a Doctor about it? Like everything just tastes bland and disgusting when I eat it, and I never really get the urge to eat so I tend to force myself. I'm trying to find meals in smaller portions with more calories because it's getting really difficult. I don't really have body issues besides that I feel too skinny and I hate my legs... and I get comments on it too. But nothing as far as eating disorders with wanting to be skinnier and purging. I really want to gain weight, any advice?
