I want to lose 5kgs. I’ve started eating healthier food & taken all the fast food out of my diet.
I’m 38, 163cm tall & 65kg.
I want to lose my belly fat.
I want to get back to at least 60kgs.
I workout Monday to Saturday.
I want to lose it as quickly as possible.
How much exercise should I do per day?
