How can I lose weight healthily?


I used to have eating disorder. I was simply starving myself, trying some teas that don’t work, chewing and spitting, crying when I feel hunger so I clearly wasn’t both physically and mentally healthy. Later I started gaining weight and getting over it but gained 27 pounds more after I got my healthy and happy weight and look really disgusting right now. I want to change something I hate without going back to any old habits of mine. I can’t even look at the mirror because I feel like my body is stuck under layers of fat. I simply hate it. I’d love to take your advices
