Depression is just an imaginary illness?

Everyone is sometimes sad. I don't deny sadness. And everyone has sometimes real problems for example in their families or at work. I want to make clear that sadness and depression are two different things.

BUT from my point of view, depression is just an imaginary illness. Depression only appears in your head, if you think about it. So if you, don't think about it, you don't have depression. This means, it's no real illness.

Now you think: why would our society treat something not real so seriously?
Well, because "psychologists" make tons of money with useless therapies.

Aren't almost all suicides caused by depression? - No, all people who took their lifes had real problems to deal with. If you fix your real problems, your "depression" is also gone. So don't waste your time, working on your "depression". Make your life as liveable as possible for you.

I wish you all the best!
