Ah. So I think because cycling is a form of cardio it will cause you to lean out. So your glutes may continue to appear smaller (since you are clearly losing fat). However, If you want to build muscle, the first step is losing fat so you’re headed in the right direction. I would recommend protein shakes, healthy carbs like sweet potatoes, quinoa, rice, oats, etc... decreasing how many times you do cardio per week and adding heavy weight training instead.
I understand you do some weight training, but often times HEAVY weight training requires a personal trainer unless you’re an experienced body builder.
