Is this eating pattern well?

10 am - chocolate balls with blueberries

12 am - sandwich with hotdogs (2 full ones= 4 pieces)

2 pm rice chicken (big meat 250 grams) salad

4 pm apple pie or other similar deserts (around 3 slices)

6 pm desert again

8 pm -half of normal size loaf with whole packet of salami 150 grams + olives


Or actual meal again similar to lunch 250 grams of meat + pasta etc

10 pm snacks again
...

The guy is 20 years old and very skinny. When he eats he claims he gets very hungry that makes him angry and unable to do anything until he eats. Is this normal or should I be concerned?
