I'm fairly new to the gym lifestyle. Does anyone know good workouts to grow glutes and thighs? I really like how my body looks now but I'd like to make my butt bigger and thighs a bit more toned. My fat naturally sits in my butt and hips. I'm 5"7 and 135 lbs. I have wideset hips but I'm still worried I will loose a bit of my curve when I burn the fat. I could be completely off but this fear keeps me from wanting to workout. I'm also afraid my butt will get smaller if I burn the fat off and I will be left with a tiny booty until I gain a lot of muscle mass. Does muscle grow at the same rate that fat is lost?
