I’ve been depressed for months now and only the past month I completely lost my apetite and my interest towards food. Looking at food makes my stomach turns and eating more than 800 cal a day makes me feel sick. I’ve been a fitness enthusiast type of person in general but lately my depression has gotten the best of me for the past months and i’m trying to workout and be healthy again but i just can’t eat without feeling at least a bit nauseous. Have you ever just lost your apetite for a month a so? And if yes then how do you overcome it?
