






Yes issue is I get full easily as my stomach shrink so I can’t have a sandwhich then potatoes then pudding then other stuff for lunch. Today ate a chicken leg with thousand island sauce and tiny portion of beans. Then a 2nd ensure. Too full for the mashed potatoes 😣
hmmm.. i think you just need to keep stuffing your stomac so that each time it gets bigegr. i mean im not a doctor so i really dont know. i also heard that those ensure thigns arnt as beneficial as they seem. but im not a doctor
The nutritionist said it’s fine the bread n small portion of pasta. She says for lunch eat half side of avacado & beans & sour cream try fruit juice & 2 ensures
So with the photo of the Breakfeast, is it fine? I get full with that amount. What shud I eat for lunch? A baked potatoe loaded?

Oh yeah, like an eating disorder? In that case, I’d say just give it time and gradually increase the amount you eat maybe until your stomach gets used to it and readjusts. The photos you posted do look like pretty small portions to me but I haven’t had any food issues like that before. Yeah, maybe just try and eat a little more but if it hurts, don’t force it. I don't know, I’m not a doctor but I guess my best advice would be to go gradual to help your body readjust.

Okay. It’s hard. I’m not gaining a single pound my legs have no fat at all. Rn I ate for a snack vanilla cake with butter. Like all the fat flys through my body

That sucks. I’d go with the milk and soy thing then. And make sure you’re getting protein and vitamins, not just fats. I know that fatty sugary foods seem like they’d correlate to weight gain, but they tend to go right through me. Because there’s no real nutritional value. Eat foods that your body should want to keep. And drink milk. And then eat the fatty things. That’s my best advice at the moment.

Yes because first in May I ate no solid food at all due to anxiety and choking. Very scary. Then now June I began eating bread for 2 weeks and then if I tried eat bigger portions I got sick. Horrible hiccups nonstop a ton of saliva drooling, stoamch pain, suffocation if I forced more food down, now since yesterday I’m feeling little better to eat more as my stomach is feeling less sick now
