Went on a run tonight and oh my gosh it was beautiful. I felt so comfortable like I could keep running forever and afterward I just felt so strong. If you're curious, I went on a 3.67-mile run which took about 34 minutes which is about a 9-minute pace. It helped that it was cool tonight and I didn't have to stop too much but still it was a good feeling.Have you ever had a workout like that? Please share what you did!
