Should do it all the time but defo when jogging and outher rythem type of exercise. At night is better to sleep too, I noticed all this but thought it was just my preference lol cause I'd say to people n they act like I said to do the impossible 😂💨

Yea the noise gives more stable breath to lungs they work better in time with each outher the mouth can make people have anxiety and asthmatic type problems but it's just hyperventilating it leads to the lungs not working in time.
Even the hart us affected badly. It's crazy and almost all people mouth breath and don't even know.
