For sure hun! Make sure you still have lean protein as a part of your diet to help build and repair muscle as you workout! But isolated workouts are a thing to target those glutes! These blue GAGers on here don't seem to understand that a lady who works for her body to gain ASSets is sexy 😉

helps to use less weight and more reps to build muscle tone. also switch up your routine once in a while for muscle confusion to avoid the plateau effect. which makes your workouts less affective as time goes on.

helps to reduce the amount of carbs from your diet also. like most breads and dairy turn into fat more often. also high salt or sodium just makes you retain most water and raise your blood pressure. not saying you can't have any of those just reduce or limit yourself.stick to more protein and vegetables. if possible
don't know if your looking to impress someone or just yourself with a larger or more defined butt. but currently yours looks nice. however if you want to reshape it a bit. to feel better and be proud of it. then I fully understand.

Well my friends have always teased be about being too thin, so I feel like I need to get a bigger butt in order to get them to leave me alone.
There are guys who are turned on my petite girls with small butts and small boobs. That is not a stereotype that Hollywood advances, so those who talk about all day they like big butts and big boobs. . . And the guys who prefer smaller boobs and butts don't say anything because they sometimes get accused of being a pedo.

nvm got exercise confused with something else but it will still work, I was thinking of this other exercise, you lay on your stomach and something is holding down your calves/forelegs/etc, while your glutes and hamstrings curl your entire body up lol

Squats don’t actually make your butt that much bigger, but they do bulk up your thighs big time. But I meant how to get a larger butt naturally- no injections or anything like that

Well you can try to limit your activity some, and up your calorie intake.

"Recommended" is a general rule, but if you have a fast metabolism that is not going to be accurate. Eating more is the only way you are going to fill out.
