Would it be healthier to replace my tax out day?

So it's been a couple weeks since I've had take out and I decided to eat Panda Express, something I loved, but I couldn't keep it down today and ended up eating about 1/2 the rice, the orange chicken and the beef and broccoli but the mongolian chicken made me sick (too greasy).
Instead of eating out I'm thinking of replacing it with 2 boiled Italian sausages in potato buns or maybe 1-2 pieces of salmon.
I know neither choice is ideal but I like something different from chicken breasts and shrimp once a week.
