Well at least you will be add good stuff to your protean source and that's better that any kind of sugar. I would recommend bananas as they are load with vitamins and are sweet.

I always say natures sources are the best, as I would dream of using anything else other than fruit. Yet I can't think of anything I would use other than fruit, is a good source and one I can trust.

I'm not a coffee person. I hate the after taste and I usually like it with a hint of milk or black. I feel sugar ruins the taste of everything.
Well I usually make my protein shakes with milk, a banana and oats. But unfortunately I put in coffee and it was really bitter. I usually drink coffee but only in the morning
