Do you have any bulking tips for a women?

Hey guys, I'm 21 and I want to be slightly thicker. I have muscle and about 20% body fat. I'm 5.6 and i weight 132 pounds. How can I go about bulking. My cutting cals are 1450, maintaining is 1950. Bulking is 2200(lean bulk) and 2500 (dirty bulk). I'm not sure how much i burn in a day and i dont want to risk getting fat. I have a small waist now but i tend to carry weight on my stomach. Anytips as to how i can go about this and build muscle. Gyms just opened. And if you can recommend a split for an intermediate I'd appreciate that. Thanks
