What Supplements for gaining muscle are really necessary?

1. Whey Protein

2. Creatine

3. Vitamin D

4. Fish Oil

5. BCAAS

6. Potassium

This seems like an excessive list but my brother takes all of these supplements & has built an impressive body.

I can understand taking Whey Protein when you can’t get enough protein from food into your diet, I’ve heard good things about creatine, Vitamin D if you are not getting enough sunshine, Fish oil if you don’t eat much fish, BCAAS during workout to help with fatigue & muscle soreness & Potassium to balance out the Sodium your body is taking in.

Do you implement any of these supplements into your diet? Are there any supplements that are useful that aren’t on that list?
