if you start at 150 then it wouldn't take long to get back to 300 on a proper strength program. Maybe a couple months because you've already trained your body, and it will adapt quickly.
That’s true. I would do the incline also but not at 300. The most I could on that was 200 and that was difficult enough. I almost hurt my left arm doing that lol. If I tried 300 now, I could probably only get the bar down halfway to my chest.
suspicious. Dont lie about ur lifts bro.
post a video of u bench 300 lbs with the bar touching ur chest. If you've lifted 300 lbs, most likely you've recorded it. I think i've only seen a handful of people at the gyms i've been benching that much.
I’ve never recorded it, actually. I don’t have any friends or a workout buddy.
yeah dont buy. The way you talk doesn't line up with someone who benches that much.
i focus on more important lifts, bench just the lift u brag about.
Benching weight really only matter about how tall you are and BMI. for every 4 inches a man has around 10 extra pounds of mucle mass.
@mlgjamz Good luck mate I'm right there with you.

But I think part of my issue is that I'm tall and also have really long arms, which makes it tougher since you have to move the weight farther each way; you can get tired more easily.
