Do people accurately tabulate their calorie intake?

I think it’s a scam

You eat 2 cups of peanuts which is 1/3 a seventh inch bowl and you’ve consumed 1600 calories

You eat 23 small almonds and that is 200 calories

You drink a glass of milk and that is 400 calories

In my whole life I only know one person who eats 1200 calories a day and she was the skinniest of the skinny

maybe 2 but I think the other person lied

i remember my cousin ate an 900-1200 calorie cake slice and then told me it was 200 calories
