So I've been working out for some time but have made it a goal to change my diet and lose some few extra pounds during quarantine. My goal was to get to 26in by the end of the summer and I did it! I went from about 29in from the beginning of the year to 26in in my waist. The only thing is that even though I noticeably got smaller I still have really stubborn belly fat. In addition to that my butt unfortunately got smaller (I was expecting that to happen since you can't spot reduce), I went from 37in to 35in. Now that I've reached my goal of getting to 26in on my waist and gyms are reopening how can I lose some stubborn belly fat but also build my glute muscles. I don't want to overdue it on cardio because I don't want to get too thin and lose my busty physique. My goal is to get a 38in hip by next summer and tone up my stomach. Is this possible, if so how would I go about it?
