4 "11 and im 187.5 lbs. I eat between 900-1300 calories a day. I do 30 squats, 10 lunges, 30 crunches, 30 side crunches ( all with 20 lbs) and a little bit of weight lifting every day for my arms. About 4 years ago I started working in a factory. All I did was drink a bunch of water and eat maybe 500 calories a day, because I was too tired to even eat and it wasn't hard work or even hot. I lost 30 lbs in 3 weeks ( down to 160.) Of course when I stopped i gained it all back. As a cheerleader in middle school I was 160. I dont drink soda, I limit my bread to a slice a week, dont drink alcohol or smoke. I hate my body. My doctor isn't worried but I definitely am. What am I doing wrong? I'm so close to not eating at all.
