Tips to change sleep position?

A few years ago I started suffering from sleep paralysis. I would wake up in the mornings fully alert but unable to speak or move. I researched the issue and discovered shifting to either a side or stomach sleeping position might help the issue.

It did and for years one of my sleep issues were fixed, however for the past few months I have been having back pains and want to try returning to sleeping on my back which is a more neutral position for my spine.
