4day gym course 8 exersise.. I fatigue early?

I returned to the gym after 6 months of slacking and gained the 6kg i lost and muscle..
So i returned a week ago and today i quit the beginner workout and started a new program 4 days with 8 workouts per..
I lose hope when i try to finish it but fail in some sets or get fatigued too early to do 4 for each muscle..
I use to follow a compund routine that contains deadlift squat and overhead shoulder press with some isolations..
I use to sweat like hell but it doesn't ache my biceps or stuff like this program?

Ex: back exercises use biceps also so they fatigue fast before i finish my 4 biceps workout
I don't know..
