I need a new workout plan? Can anyone help me?

I returned to the gym after 6 months and i had a good body compared to now (gained 6kg)..

I use to do stronglift 5x5 tho i quit it as the weights got heavy coz my gym doesn't have really light weights to add..

Then someone here gave me a great compound program that gave me results..

But i lost it and i want a new program because i finished my starter 1st week..

Not to mention my anxiety plays a big role and sucks a lot of my energy on doing new exercises..

I tried this program but i feel its too much for me atm coz i get fatigued..
I need a new workout plan? Can anyone help me?
