Need some help regarding food weight loss?

I know a lot of people struggle with their weight for me I've got to a point that I can't stop and am starting to worry about my health I'm 21 almost 22 and 120 kg I have struggled with anxiety, ocd and depression most of my life which dosen't help but I get to a point where I feel as though I'm not in control I eat even when I'm full I have no motivation to exercise obviously with the pandemic excercising is even harder I try not to go out so I don't run in to people even though where I live isn't a lot of cases anyway my point is people who have lost a considerable amount of weight or were in a similar position how did you do it stop the cravings have self control also did you gain energy because I always feel tired which makes it harder to exercise any help will be appreciated thanks
