Is it okay if I have one cheat day a week?

Hi,
I've recently changed my diet plan opting for something more protein based. I used to eat around 1000 calories or less but my food choices were completely wrong. It was mostly carbs or junk, of course I lost weight because I was still in a deficit but I became a skinny fat. Now I'm eating much more meat and eggs and tuna, I make sure I have at least 3 days a week where I eat mainly proteins while I keep walking every single morning. I wanted to know if it's okay if I choose to eat 1200 calories of junk one day per week. Because I'm kinda losing my motivation and after restricting myself for so long I ended up gaining back 12 lbs.
Is it okay if I have one cheat day a week?
