400 cals diet how much weight y’all think i’ll lose?

Hey y’all i’ve been tryna lose weight since FOREVER i even made a 25 day fast challenge i ate absolutely NOTHING for 25 days and i waited for 3 month and i reattempted this fast but i lost consciousness on the 10th day anyhow i decided to change this a bit and eat 400 cals a day a caesar salad basically (sauce chicken crotons lettuce and cheese) ONCE per day its nearly 250 cals and drink a 130 cals vitamin water how much weight do you think i’ll lose😔 i’m so exhausted and i just wanna lose my weight no matter what. I’ll also jog daily for half an hour walk for an hour and do some workouts at home and maybe some zumba dancing during the weekends. I’m also missing 6 kgs of muscle but i’m obese.
