How long do you take a nap or sleep?

I see to it that I have daily power naps for at least 30 minutes. This helps me function well at daily tasks and gives me more energy to perform any activity. Funny thing is, one time I tried meditation but I ended up feeling sleepy so I just took a nap instead haha, and this sometimes happen to me maybe because when I close my eyes for too long, I feel drowsy.

Anyway, when it comes to sleeping times, I make sure that I get 7.5-8 hours of sleep as I cut the hours per day into 3 (for work, sleep and the remaining 8 hours of the day are my free time).

But on Friday nights and weekends I usually do whatever I want when I want (except Sunday nights as I gotta prepare for work eventually).
