Good evening I apologize to answer so late I have been working out for far one hour a day. I have to be honest I am shy to share but I am a plus size girl kinda chubby lol. In the mornings I drink my shake 2 hours later I do work out videos at home. I live in Canada my local gym is close as for now I am working out at home for 1 hour a day. I no longer drink soda so Soda is of limits.
I want to make a work out routine schedule.
What is your location like are Gyms open or close due to covid19?
Open and during the first wave of covid I went a few times during the week. Today during the second wave we have much more people getting infected a day then we had on the first wave. So I don't go anymore. I train at home.
What would yoy advice me for home work out? Here in Canada my local gym is close.
By any chance do you drink shakes in the mornings?
Jump rope is a great cardio if you know how to do it properly. For the rest see Athlean X in youtube. I follow his advice. Buy some resistance bands and see routine apps for your phone is also an idea.I used to take them after training. Will return to take them once I go back to the gym.
