So I saw a picture of a family that were really skinny and for the first time I thought “wow they need to eat a little” (I didn’t post a comment on their picture or anything), and before you come at me with knifes. I myself have been told “you need eat something/need to put a little bit of meat on the bone”. I think that if you do have a whole family that is really skinny, it’s probably for some reason other than they eat healthy/take care of themselves. Like no matter what side of the scale you are on, if it’s too much on one side it’s probably bad. What do you think?
