Tips? Help please?

I don’t even know where to begin. I am currently enrolled in a rigrious university program and I am feeling so defeated, I feel like the world is about to end for me.

I think I know what I am going through but I don’t know. Since starting semester, I had assignments, tests, quizzes, exams non stop. I did a test few days ago and I completely blanked out, my heart racing, i could feel shakiness in my body, which I have never ever experienced, even at stressful times before I started this program. Before covid, I used to go to the gym but not for reason to relief stress. Looking back, I think gym was the only thing that was holding me down. I just feel the heaviness in my heart for weeks. Man what has life become.
Tips? Help please?
