So I weighed 142.6 one day and I have been working out cause I’m not happy with how I look currently. I weighed myself a day before my period and I weighed 146.4 . I did have a whole thin crust pizza. Is it my period that could be making me feel bloated and make me gain weight? Help because I don’t want to weigh myself and I didn’t know you could gain 4 lbs from eating a whole pizza when I don’t even eat them all the time.
