Weight loss and collagen?

Hello all I just started on my weight loss. I’ve already lost 20lbs but I do need to lose about 40-50 more to be at my goal, I am lifting weights to help tone up should I be using a collagen supplement to help reduce the amount of lose skin? (I’m not ignorant to the fact I will have excess skin due to the amount of weight I intend to lose I just want to minimize the amount of possible)
