I want to use this random weight drop as an opportunity to start working out, I have a bench press in my garage and a treadmill I'm only 17 and I'm 5'10, senior in high school I've always been insecure about my chest and overall torso. What diet would you guys recommend and what workout routine. I also have a minor muffin top than I fucking hate and I have minor stretch marks from freshmen year in my armpit region
