I shower most of the time, but every so often it's nice to sit in a tub of hot/warm water with bubbles, Epson salt, some jazz/blues/r&b music from the late 80s to the 90s playing and a good book after a long work week. Although I'd prefer a massage lol

Showers usually, but baths are great after a long day. Where I live the air is dry too, and my skin feels much better if I soak in a bath every couple days.
Showers. It takes less time. I take a hot bath if I'm sick or have cramps or sore in muscles. It helps a lot for muscles where a massage is too painful like calves or gluteal muscles.
