How to stop feeling anxious for no reason?

I hate when this happens, i just have a rush and so much adrenaline for no reason at all, something bothers me but i can't put a finger as to what. I try to do things i love doing but i still can't stop thinking about something which I don’t even know what it is. Meditation does not work nor help. It feels like im on the edge of something reaching for something which I don’t even know what is. Please help me overcome this. I don’t even know what triggers it or what is it exactly.
