by the way before I was under 2% body fat I was well over 300 pounds. I chose to get healthy. But you can't assume that because someone weighs 250 they are fat. That would Mean anyone over 6 feet tall and bench pressing over 200 pounds would be fat. For reference I'm 6 feet tall, bench 350 and leg press 1400 pounds.. And I'm 250...
I have never heard of anyone being that low. Can't you catch some disease from having too low of a body fat?

None of the above, I was getting winded going up and down stairs, and my doctor said I was risking diabetes, so I turned it around.
