I recently got asked when I was due (Even though I'm clearly not pregnant.) I think I look a little bit bigger in the gut because of Christmas dinner and I've eaten fast food the past week. I want to lose 20 pounds. I have a gym membership but I work 2 jobs and only have time to go to the gym once a week. I just need to change up my diet, but I don't know where to begin.
