Anybody have contact dermatitis?

I recently went to the dermatologist and the Dr. Told me I had this.. does anybody have this? What has helped you.. anything helps to even let me know your experience

So, contact dermatitis is nothing more than the surface of your skin has made contact with something that has caused a rash. A common example of contact dermatitis is poison ivy. You can get poison ivy from a family pet who has been running through a wooded area where poison ivy grows. That pet gets the oils from the plant on its coat and then you pet the animal and you get contact dermatitis. I have had it so bad that I was give a steroid injection called Aristocort to dry it up. The average OTC treatment is applying Calamine lotion to the affected area several times a day.

Thank you so much I think that is what I neee but I've had it since Nov. It had got real bad went to the doc he gave me some steroid pills it helped bring the bumps down told me to see a dermatologist went there and they gave me steroid creams told me to keep in mind I cnt apply it as much and im still getting random itching spots. One day it will be on my back next day on my stomach. I've switched detergents soaps to dove and detergents with no fragrance and dnt know what it could be. Its horrible going through this
