Nothing is 100% effective. But yeah it is very effective and works 99.99% of the time.
It removes the lining in the uterus preventing any fertilised egg from embedding so it just comes out.

Yes they do most of the time but don't use it as a form of prevention.

It works but its not nice trust me. Best to avoid needing them in the first place. Nasty side effects for a few days.
