Personally, I would exercice then shower because I'd be sweating after it so a shower would make things better.

However, if you shower before gym, while you will sweat during exercice, it won't be smelly as usual. But... Yes, you would still need to take another shower after gym too since sweat is sweat.

If odor isn't a problem to you, go with gym then shower.

Go to gym and then shower. Cause you will sweat a lot and body will smell so better to take shower after gym

You will save some whater because you will become dirty again.
Olso your muscle will be more relaxed before the training whit you want to do the oposide one in the time of the gym.
Is bether to do it olso for the body afther because your body relax and you don't do anymore exercise for a long time in that day so your body have time to recover.
