Yup!
- To eat full meals every day. I fell off my health kick given the lazy winter and lockdown and just start eating junk here and there. I was underrating and felt weak most of the time. - To relieve stress/become a calmer person: I started practicing yoga, meditation and dedicated a journal to everything I am grateful about.
