So I am incredibly in-shape, and am borderline on abs. I barely have any excess body fat and not much of a gut. But even with me being in-shape like this, this little pocket of fat under my chin won't seem to go away. It's not like a full on double-chin, but whenever I'm facing forward, it hangs out like a little chicken muff, under my chin. Any exercises or advice on how to get rid of this?
