Have you looked at the chart for sleep ages? The older you get the less you need sleep and younger needs 7-8 hours...
Well younger needs like 10 hours I feel at least n then around ur 20s 6-7 n all but I don't know no matter what sleep is important for u and it’s different for everyone on how they feel but I don't know jus getting a right number of sleep like jus 6 hours at least for u would be better

Because I used to operate on 3 to 5 hours of sleep my senior year of high school. My health deteriorated for a while, and I think it did permanent damage because I am always tired.

Not sarcasm at all. Since I was probably 12-13 years old I've always been a terrible sleeper I have the odd night here and there where I will sleep for maybe 6-7 hours but 95% of the time it's 4-5 hours at most
