Does anyone know if you can die from just sleeping 4 hours a night?

U won’t die and some people just find them selves more rested when they sleep shorter hours but I think u should extend it a bit to 6 hours or maybe sleep in some days when u r off of work or smth. It can make ur immune system weaker , has a impact on ur memory , and as u get old can take a toll on ur heart health. I think it’s alright since ur young maybe try getting more sleep. But like as u get older u need too get more rest cuz if not then it’s more of a issue.

If that was the case, I'd a been dead years ago... I rarely if ever get more than 4 hours of sleep for many years now. It can take a toll on energy level and health...

You won't die. Your body will adjust. You only need 4 to function, but that low amount of sleep may leave you more illness prone.

No. But lack of sleep can cause many health issues. If I don't get enough sleep over a few days, I start to get closed eye hallucinations. I feel faint and confused

You can die if you don't sleep at all. It's exhaustion at this point.

I haven't had over 5 hours sleep in probably 10 years you get used to it eventually. Some people just don't need as much sleep

If it’s because that’s what your body requires that’s fine, but if you’re doing it for work or school then it’s very unhealthy.
