this sounds like bloating which can happen when you eat too much sodium and dont drink enough water, its called water weight, your body stores water when you dont drink enough to prevent you from dying of dehydration, its stores it on the legs, stomach, neck, cheeks, and arms which can of course add weight and make you look fatter
If you’re eating good and working out, you could have put on a pound of muscle. Also, a typical scale weighs water and food in your body as well. It does not discriminate.

You can gain that if you need to have a bowel movement.

Could just be more water in your body, perhaps you gained some muscle. Don't worry about one measurement. Try again in a few days.

Your weight naturally fluctuates. You didn't actually change, it's just a "heavier" day

You can't rely solely on weight. You could have built muscle and muscle is heavier than fat.
