I have bad hip pain on the right side almost near the spine. What caused this?

I can't really think of anything I did besides the times I cracked my back by twisting my torso left and right but ever since I think during with time now when I move my hips a certain way like lean to the right it a sharp pain but when I lean to the left its normal. It also trigger a pain when I put pressure on the right side. Anyone know the cause of this?
Updates:
- It sounds like it could be your SI joints. These are your sacroliiac joints and they are located on both sides of your pelvis. Sometimes these joints will move just a fraction of an inch and the two plates rub together like tectonic plates hundreds of miles below the earth before an earthquake. Those SI joints can become inflamed. Several things for treatment are PT, SI joint infections with cortisone to calm down the inflammation.. SI joint dysfunction is diagnosed by an MRI or CT and or both. There is a surgery that is called iFuse where the SI joint is fused so that there is no longer any motion. Best wishes.
