What are your favourite at-home/non-class or gym workouts?

As an asthmatic, I love yoga because the static poses really help to build muscle quickly without triggering my asthma-like cardio does. I also love weighted exercises again because it gives me muscle tone without the pain of a small asthma attack.

I do like to jog when the air isn't too cold but it can be really painful, I'm definitely more of a sprinter than an endurance runner! I'm hoping after my nose job I'll learn to love running more because it causes a lot of the issues. I want to try guided dance-work-out videos but I am really bad at choreography so that would be an interesting challenge for me!
