Even though I'm not sexually active I will have to eventually see a gynocologist because I'm an adult now. I don't want to show my cooch to a doctor.

I have been seeing a gynecologist since I was 19. I see a woman and really love her. They know you are uncomfortable and they try to minimize the length of time you are on the table and in the stirrups. I just had my annual exam last December and I was in the stirrups less that 5 minutes. My gynecologist even manual checks my breasts but that takes less than 2 minutes. It really isn't a big deal. Also you get peace of mind that you don't have any cancer growing unchecked.

I tried to go to a woman gynecologist. I hadn't even had sex yet. If it's any consolation, it's something most women have to go through. It's a common bond we all share.
