Do you wear glasses? Its common for people who wear glasses to feel like this after car/bus/train ride. Maybe its one of those things.

Other than that, lack of oxygen may also result in headache. If windows of the new place are closed, then opening windows could help you. At least for a while if its too cold outside to open windows.
