Hard to do winter sports if you don't get much in the way of winter weather.
I mean, we get cold temperatures but snow itself has been something that basically arrives every few times a winter, January is actually the time when it is the coldest most of the time and every few winters we may be so lucky to get snow. ^_^
Yes I have always been into everything outdoors to.
Yes same here people always ask if I'm cold noooo if I was cold I wouldn't be out there that's the fun of it is being warm in the cold
Geeze I hope I don't become an old cat lady in another 5 years. LMAO
🤣🤣 no cats yet lolol
Thanks for mh
Yes this covid is putting a damper on a lot of things.

My idea of sledding is a little different.
That requires a tim allen home improvement more power chant "ho ho ho" 😊
Yes it seems like you can never have to much power.
When you say not that cold how cold are we talking about?
we tried the x games hosted where i live about 20 years ago and it was not good. the ice melted too quickly. it was a man made ski jump on grass in the hot sun
I would have to be crippled to give up my sled.
Did you use dynamite or?
I definitely miss it, don’t miss how much they cost. Considering getting another once I have somewhere to put it again, but want a few other toys first
@havingfun101 It was tempting
You're no fun! Parkour rolls are free, yay!
Yes starting around $12 K and upwards of 18-20 K.
Buying is the cheap part, it’s what it costs to run the damn things that got me
Yes tell me about it. I spent $70 on gas alone last time I went out for an afternoon run.
[Sledge dogs intensify]
@havingfun101 Yes but you have to feed those dogs year round
Hire a dog walker?
I tried downhill skiing. I failed miserably.
Can I ask what sled your running?
It has been a while and they were borrowed. No favorite. If I was going to buy I would pay close attention to quality of engine and comfort of ride. Sleek looks would also impress me. 😂
Doing a little research is always a good idea.
Definitely, but that also includes advice from owners.
When you say sledding you mean snowmobiles I take it?
No sitting my ass down on a sled or a tube and going down a hill lol but snow mobiles are fun also
How are you writing? LOL
Its been a little drippy
Looks like a lot of fun. I tried it once almost broke a leg again.
Have you ever tried it?
No but would like to. My balance sucks tho
I have a similar problem.
Snow boarding is one thing I have never tried.
The ski hills around here are closed due to covid.
Outdoors is always good.
Do you get any snow where you live?
Rarely. Even when we do get a lot of snow, it only sticks around for about a day or two.
I would think any activity in the snow would count.
Strip poker at the Winter Games confirmed?
I would be out on my sled this morning but at -30 c I stay home.
lol, that's insane! What do you wear normally on your sled? Do you have a pic?
Just a regular snowmobile suit Face mask & a full face helmet.
No pictures sorry.
you really never took a picture snowmobiling? Are you for real? :P
For real? This coming from someone commenting anon on this non personal question is hilarious. There are probably pics out there some where. I don't remember the last time I took a pic.
Yeah I'm just curious! It seems weird you don't have a pic of you snowmobiling on your computer.. just odd is all..
I was never one for taking pics.
that's too bad I would love to see your outfit!!
Ahh come on out of the heat and play in the snow.
I kind of sucked at skating. Having broke both legs didn't help either.
Wow I would never think that from skating, I thought skiing would be the one to do that
Oh no. I broke my legs when I was hit by a car. My legs where never the same.
Oh ok that’s why
I guess it would depend on how you watch. LOL
Ah come on outside & play.
Yes I know what you mean. It has been -30c for 2 mornings in a row now.
Yep to cold
That is why I am killing time here today.
I must have missed something here?
So you like the winter then?
