Not really, no. I mean, there are pills, etc, but they can sometimes ruin your system.

You just have to figure out what’s causing the problem (more maybe get a dietician or something to help if you can afford it)...

If you’re a teen, it’s a good time to learn what works - and luckily a lot of teens have better metabolisms than when they’re 40, so it’s a bit easier to lose the weight (not that it’s easy, but generally EASIER.)

Sadly, you just gotta find something that works in a healthy way. Like some people pick up smoking to stay thin, but that ruins your health. Fad diets aren’t good. Bulimia is terrible and has all kinds of side effects people don’t think about.

You might have to get up earlier, or learn to get better sleep, or work out while watching tv or cut out sodas... I can’t say because I don’t know your lifestyle, except speaking in generalities.

No magic tricks or shots. There's surgery but it's costly, it doesn't clean you inside out and it won't keep it off either.

I lost 70 pounds in 17 days from a water fast and exercising. It wasn't an ordinary fast though.

Everybody's body is different. How much do you want to lose and why do you want to lose it all so fast?
